The Mentoring Body of Knowledge Project is the International Mentoring Association's on-going work to identify and codify the vast literature on mentoring and its impact on performance of people and organizations. The work is an on-line data base of about 4,000 bibliographical annotated citations of the most pertinent articles, books, websites, and other resources on mentoring.

The inaugural publication is scheduled to become available on the IMA web site in May or June 2003 as an additional membership benefit.
