The Inaugural Global Leadership and Mentoring Conference is organised by Research Communication International in collaboration with the conference partners:

• The BP International Mentoring Foundation
• The International Mentoring Association
• The Singapore Management University.

This First Global Leadership and Mentoring Conference had as its aim to give participants the opportunity to learn and share State-of-the-Art ideas in the fields of mentoring, leadership education, character development and corporate governance, social responsibility and leadership change & organisational management.
