This survey was conducted during October 2009 to assess member needs, wants, and degree of satisfaction with current IMA services. Twenty four questions were asked. A total of 71 members responded to the survey. Sixty three or 88.7% completed the entire survey. The rest answered some, but not all of the questions.

An incentive was offered, to those who did the survey and gave their name, of entry into a random drawing for two $30 Visa gift cards. The winners of these gift cards were Marilyn McGowan of Mobile, Alabama and Victoria Fincher of Houston, Texas.
